2. ライド中はヘルメットを着用するなど、ガイドの指示に従い日本国の道路交通法を遵守しながら走行します。.

I will ensure the proper use of safety equipment, including helmets, and will follow the guide’s instructions while adhering to the road traffic laws of Japan.

3. 万一の事故による負傷、死亡、その他の傷害を負った場合、または第三者に負わせた場合でも、主催者及びツアー関係者に責任を追及する事なく、自己の責任において一切を処理する事を誓います。

In the event of injury, death, or any other harm resulting from an accident, or if harm is caused to a third party, I solemnly pledge to handle all matters at my own responsibility without pursuing liability from the organizers and event personnel.
